Since I have no idea how hard it is to code this stuff I have 2 versions of this suggestion.

1: This one I think is the most sophisticated. If you have cruise on it auto adjusts to the speed of the road you are on.

2: When you use the button to turn cruise control on instead it rotates through all 4 settings. 80kph for first press, then 120, then 145.

Both these options you could still do /cruise to manually set to something else but if you hit the hotkey it rotates through the 3 speeds and off.

+1 for the second option. On a top level it seems hard to have to basically trace the entire map and have a cruise value tagged to it. Also what about when you're offroad?
