Unable to pull out a weapon when you exit your car

Issue/bug you are reporting: When you get out of a car there's a 50/50 chance you wont be able to get out your weapon, has happened to me and others multiple times in various fights.

Expected behavior: You should be able to get your weapon out once you have left a vehicle.
