It is snowing in Cayo Perico, seems to be the permanent weather type

Expected behavior:  
Sunny weather, It looks to be a rather tropical island.

Note worth mentioning:
- Vehicles get snow caked onto them. 
- Snow particles fall down from the sky, but there's no snow on the actual ground.
- The property addresses seem to link to North Yankton loacations?
Don't know if this is in any way relevant, but as that is a snowy map, I thought that could be causing it somehow.

This is part of the base game in GTA Online and not a bug. As explained the particles are part of the map.
