Improvements to the Del Perro Beach Vehicle Market

I’ve been running into a recurring issue at the Del Perro Beach vehicle market—there just aren’t enough spots to list cars. Half the time I go down there, the place is full and people are just parking their cars nearby waiting for a slot to open up.

A couple of ideas that might help:
First, adding more listing spots. The parking lot has a ton of unused space, and since the whole area is already dedicated to the market, it makes sense to expand. You could easily fit another dozen cars in there without it feeling cramped.

Second, maybe put a limit on how many vehicles one person can have listed at once, like 2 or 3 per person. I noticed there are some folks (without naming names) who are taking up a large number of spaces on the lot with all their cars, which makes it harder for everyone else to get a space.

I’ve talked to a few others who feel the same way. A couple of small changes like this could really improve how the market runs.

I think it'd make sense to have a CityBee spawn there too, in the event no DCC are around.

+1 yes also agree

but I have also noticed an increase in frame drops around that area now that I never used to have so hopefully that doesn't contribute but I would definitely love to have more slots.

In my opinion, I think the whole market deserves a rework, if they change it to a building where you get inside and you can talk to an NPC to either list a car, or open a UI where you can navigate through all the listed cars would be so much better than having to run around the cars and sometimes you have to jump the vehicles to be able to see the "check price" option. Its been the same for a long time now, and its getting a bit old, I also think it would also spare some FPS since you wouldn't have that many cars spawned at once, especially if you guys are just suggesting to expand it instead of doing something else.
