Emergency lights on BF400 have buggy non flashing red light

How many times did this issue appear for you?: Every time

Issue/bug you are reporting: LSPD/LSSD marked and unmarked bf400 emergency lights in front are buggy and only blue color flashes (I am certain its a bug because I mod some GTA V emergency vehicles and this is probably caused by random forgotten sign in the carcols file of the vehicle or a bug in said file)

Expected behavior:  Both red and blue emergency lights would be flashing

Evidence (MUST provide either UNEDITED photo or video) , notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I don't have any evidence at this point (can provide it later today) but to replicate the issue just take out any BF400 with emergency lights and turn them on
