Spawning A Pounder Issue

Does this issue appear again after a full game restart?: Yes.

How many times did this issue appear for you?: Multiple.

Issue/bug you are reporting:  The pounder when spawned at Level 15 trucker HQ spawns too far back so gets stuck on the barrier and cannot be moved.

Expected behavior:   It should spawn further forward and be able to be moved.
