There's a volume setting inside the game for a reason, I think that storms and extreme weather should happen more often actually

It kills me a little inside when it starts to rain for 5 seconds then stops. Not sure what the beef with rain is. All it has done is add to the RP for me. People will seek shelter from it, or RP getting umbrellas out from cars.

For racing it is always fun when it starts raining and seeing suddenly who backs down because they're afraid to get wet.

+1 it sometimes wains for HOURS, maybe for 30 minutes but raining for hours seems too much
