Issue Being Reported: I don't know if this is the right place to post / report on this. I tried to get help via a report in game and it was suggested to raise it here instead. I had to take a long break (many months) due to family issues and time commitments, and upon my return, I had a 'Debt' amount that equated to my 'Loan' amount. I paid off the 'Debt' amount in (pretty much) one go by depositing money into my account, but this didn't appear to affect the 'Loan' amount, which remained as is. I have no way to track where this 'Debt' amount was accrued from. The person I originally took the loan from doesn't answer any calls or texts and I am not sure if they are even here anymore since I took a long break. Please could somebody kindly let me know how I could go about getting this sorted as it is quite disappointing.

@redpathdl Did the debt show up when you did /stats or /myLoans?

well, I thought it did since the debt amount matched the loan amount. But as mentioned, I paid off the debt immediately thinking this would clear the loan. This does feel like a bug to me, as I cannot imagine that the loan companies who are affiliated with the government / admins would have the power to chose how much debt to put you in, and then not provide a method of clearing the debt other than via salary (and my character does not earn enough salary to clear it). 

Furthermore, my phone always stated how much of my loan I had to pay off, but it now says that I owe $0 but the loan amount is stagnant. 

Please advise.
