[TAXI] Fake client icon (smaller)

Issue/bug you are reporting:

Since the update to the server the Taxi Faction are now seeing fake clients showing on the map. These icons are identical to the normal clients but smaller. If you look at the picture below, you can see the real client (highest) and the fake one (under the Mors icon).

 

If you hover your mouse over the small icons it gives you nothing.. if you drive to that location there is nobody there.
