Lucasxo Posted March 18, 2025 Report Posted March 18, 2025 (edited) 14K Triads History and Origins Today, the 14K Triads remain among the globe's most infamous criminal syndicates. They are no longer street enforcers but operate as a multinational corporation, smuggling drugs, weapons, and even people across borders. They finance their empire through cybercrime, gunrunning, and counterfeiting. But at their core, they remain bound by the old code of blood and brotherhood—a bond that is forged in exile, sharpened by war, and baptized in the shadows. And they are always watching. Core Morals Secrecy - Speaking about key rituals and organisational operations or activity is strictly forbidden. Deception - Through the use of fake passports and identities members can deceive law enforcement or even other organisations. Disguise - The organisation does not solely represent one outfit or one colour, instead they opt to change colours or clothing at will to blend into their surroundings and to remain undetected. Ranking Structure Mountain Master - The leader of the organisation. Responsible for decision making regarding alliances, war and expansion. Vanguard - Right hand to the Mountain Master, overseas day to day operations and is the head of recruitment. Red Poles - Enforcers for the Triad, involved in keeping order between the lower ranks and taking over basic operations or tasks for the higher ups. Advisor - Experienced members who’s loyalty is of no question. Provides advice to command members when required. White Dragon - The most experienced operative outside of the leadership circle, involved in higher-level tasks set by leadership including spying on rivals or rooting out informants. Straw Sandal - Dedicated members who have been recognised for their service by higherups. Soldiers - The backbone of the organisation, these members are involved in drug running, drug creation and street-level operations. Blue Lanterns - Uninitiated Members looking to prove themselves. Goals Re establish connections with the larger Triad group back in China by setting up a new base of operations in Los Santos. Lucasxo Posted March 18, 2025 Author Report Posted March 18, 2025 (edited) Inception Lucas returned to the city after taking some time away from Los Santos, the heat from previous heists and bounties from previous gang conflicts had died down and allowed him to once again safely reside in Los Santos. Upon arrival back into the city he decided to lay low for awhile and try and live a normal way of life, sticking with this theme Lucas decided to seek employment through Benny's, a newly opened mechanic shop. A couple weeks past by and he was enjoying his new life or peace and tranquility, he didn't miss looking over his shoulder constantly. One night after work just as he was about to head home he received a rather blunt text, "8PM Tomorrow, behind the place that you used to call home" Confused by the message he tried to ignore it and continued on back to his apartment and headed to sleep, although that seemed to not be possible as all he could think about was that message and whether he should respond, he knew what it meant and had an idea who sent it. *8:05 The next day* Lucas arrived at the location, none other than behind the old dojo where he spent his time many moons ago, while waiting behind the property he began to wonder if it was a prank as no one was at the location. He twiddled his thumbs and waited and waited, until he seen a blacked out saloon pull into the alleyway, the driver and passenger in the back covered by the guise of nightfall and limo tints. The back passenger door opened and a masked figure stepped out and began to walk towards himself, he nervously tensed up as he struggled to make sense of the situation. The man walked over to Lucas and then took off his mask, he immediately recognised the man as a high ranking Triad called Wan Koi, they have had previous dealings back when Lucas was a member of the Shenzhen Dragons. A conversation ensued between the two men with the consensus being that Wan Koi wanted Lucas to help restart the Triad influence in Los Santos under a new name "14K". He wanted him to began putting the pieces together to regain control and influence in the Little Seoul Area and the criminal underworld. Lucas was unsure and initially said no and left the meeting, heading back to his apartment on the water. Wan Koi Gave him an ultimatum, either agree within the next 72 hours or the chance would never come again. He didn't sleep that night, tossing and turning debating what to do, on one side a peaceful life free from worry and on the other side danger, power and money. The next morning he picked up the phone and dialed Wan Koi's number and uttered just two words; "I'm in".
Edited March 31, 2025 by Lucasxo 9
Lucasxo Posted March 18, 2025 Author Report Posted March 18, 2025 (edited) After the call with Wan Koi, Lucas began to think about building the foundations of the new organisation. He needed someone to take charge with him and help lead the new order. Only one name came to mind and that was BJ, a trusted friend who had been by his side for many years, they had been through a lot together and had each other’s back. Lucas picked up the phone and dialed his number, he told him to meet him behind the old noodle house as Lucas had just obtained access to an old property at the location. They both spoke for awhile and it didn’t take much convincing for BJ to come onboard. Lucas showed him around the property and explained his plans for the future, an expansion and takeover of the Little Seoul Area was on the cards and both men wanted to make it happen. After the conversation ended Lucas gave BJ the rank of Vanguard, he would be his right hand and most trusted advisor. They both began plotting their first recruits and drawn up a list of names of names that could be both trusted and deadly operatives. Using their previous expertise and experience they knew they could make this happen, it was just a matter of when rather than how.
Edited March 31, 2025 by Lucasxo 8
Lucasxo Posted March 26, 2025 Author Report Posted March 26, 2025 (edited) After a couple hours of thought both Lucas and BJ combined their list of potential recruits, Lucas then sent out a text to the first two names on the list saying “Rally the troops and meet at (undisclosed location)” Both Lucas and BJ then waited patiently at the location, upon arrival they led them all into the property and guided them upstairs. Lucas stood in front of them and began to explain the reasoning behind the meeting of minds and what would be expected of them should they accept the offer. He then left the room and gave them ten minutes to decide whether they where in or out. Lucas stepped back in the room and to his delight every single individual had accepted the offer, he thought to himself that this could be the start of something real and prosperous. As a gift for joining the organisation, he placed down seven books titled “Cantonese for Beginners” he told them to begin reading through it and that they would meet at the same time next week to review their progress. Lucasxo Posted March 31, 2025 Author Report Posted March 31, 2025 The first port of call for the organisation was getting supplied, 14K knew that they would have to bring something different to the table if they were to be able to become consistently supplied by the cities top importers. The main selling point of a business relationship with 14K was going to be what they can do for other organisations whether that be providing a consistent stream of drugs or packed cash while also offering to help aid cooking at labratories. Due to his previous work he was able to get in contact with many of the leaders in the city, on the other hand with some of the groups the previous conflicts with prior organisations had worn the relationship down and Lucas knew it would be a struggle to rekindle. After Milestone, the next on the list was Regiment, he knew this would be a tricky one due to recent conflict when Lucas was in the Los Santos Killas, the fighting between the two organisations was constant and a lot of blood had been shed The first meeting up on the list was Milestone Rouges, fortunately members of 14K already had a good relationship with Rouges and a meeting only solidified that. The Rouges interest was also picked up when Lucas mentioned the potential for counterfeit items to enter the fold and also offered to use their studio to help the process. Lucas travelled to their HQ with some of his members and attempted to clear the air, one clear issue was between 14K’s RJ Nolan and Regiments Ethan Blackwood, a brawl to settle the differences between the two was suggested if both gangs were to start fresh and clear the air. Next up was Lost MC, although previously some members of 14K were apart of their brotherhood, there was some tension between a couple individuals due to some recent acts, both organisation agreed to settle their differences and start with a clean slate, 14K offered to supply drugs to them when needed in return for imports. Lastly was Bratva and Rooks, in this instance both gangs agreed to not engage in conflict with each other and that with time a relationship could be built and business conducted. Lucas thought that it had been a success so far and that this was the building blocks for future relationships and a powerful means to obtain weaponry. 8
Tron Posted April 6, 2025 Report Posted April 6, 2025 (edited) Having missed the first Cantonese lesson the week prior, Brandon decided to request a one on one session with Lucas to begin his journey. Both men met up at the newly refurbished property at the internet cafe parking area, they made their way upstairs and sat down across the table from each other. Lucas opened the “Cantonese for Beginners” book at page 26 and began teaching him the basics alongside some phrases that could come in handy being a criminal. After the lesson Lucas said he would circle back with him next week and mentioned that he was proud of Brandon for taking the initiative to learn. Having finished the lesson Lucas showed him around the rest of the property and then they parted ways. Edited April 6, 2025 by Tron 8 1
Steven Peters Posted April 13, 2025 Report Posted April 13, 2025 (edited) Steven Wu grew up in Germany, raised by a German mother and a Chinese father. For a long time, he felt caught between two cultures. He joined the Shenzhen Dragons and quickly made a name for himself. The group helped him reconnect with his roots— and pulled him deep into the criminal world. As a member of the dragons, Steven built strong ties and expanded his criminal network, both in the city and overseas. When the Dragons disbanded in 2022, Steven shifted his focus to China. He spent two years between the city of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, working closely with local triads. He became fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and got involved in trafficking, laundering, and forgery. During this time, his network grew fast in the criminal underworld of the Chinese East-coast On one of his “business” trips to Los Santos, Steven met up with an old contact—Lucas Shao. They met at the old Martial Arts Dojo — a place very familiar to both of them — and decided to continue their talks at Lucas’ new base of operations: The internet café in Little Seoul. Lucas then informed Steven, that he was currently rebuilding Chinese influence in Los Santos by building a local branch of the 14K Triads — an organization which with whom Steven had many interactions with during his stay in Hong Kong. They started talking business. Lucas highlighted the huge opportunity in forgery — passports, documents, cash etc.. It didn’t take long for Steven to get on board. Not long after, he joined the 14K Triads, bringing his strong Chinese ties and expertise to the group. For Steven, this wasn’t just business — it was a chance to embrace his heritage and rebuild Chinese dominance in Los Santos. Edited April 13, 2025 by Steven Peters 9
migati Posted April 20, 2025 Report Posted April 20, 2025 (edited) The success of the 14K Triads hinges on anonymity—staying off the radar and keeping law enforcement in the dark. That’s why BJ took it upon himself to show just how effortlessly someone could slip into the inner workings of the government without raising suspicion. To make his point, BJ adopted a new identity and secured a job at Benny’s Autoshop, blending in as an everyday citizen. His strategy was simple: what could be less suspicious than someone appearing to serve the system, badge in hand? This calculated move gave the organization breathing room, allowing them to operate in the shadows while one of their key players posed as a legitimate government worker. BJ’s convincing act won over the Police Department, who now saw him as a reformed individual—a model citizen with a future in public service. The ruse has proven invaluable. More than once, BJ and his crew have dodged trouble with nothing more than a confident smile and the flash of his official credentials, even while hauling contraband in broad daylight. Lucasxo Posted May 1, 2025 Author Report Posted May 1, 2025 Drugs where a vital part of 14K trade with other gangs. Drugs in exchange for guns sounded like a good deal, 14K members where well equipped to hold down labs and make profit. Members armories began to slowly fill up and they where getting artillery by the day... 5
Lucasxo Posted May 8, 2025 Author Report Posted May 8, 2025 A base of operations is vital to establish for every organisation. When searching for a place to call home Lucas wanted a quiet, secluded but also spacious environment for the group. He gravitated towards the old internet cafe behind the Shenzhen Noodle House, this was a prime location and a familar place for himself, he contacted an old friend called Tony Kong who came and shown him around the place before handing him a spare set of keys and giving him permission to tear the place down and create a new interior for everyone involved. When discussing the renovation process with BJ he mentioned that he had a friend who wouldn’t mind spending time renovating the location. They all met up and discussed some ideas and brainstormed the layout, a couple weeks later it was finished. 9
Lucasxo Posted May 10, 2025 Author Report Posted May 10, 2025 Tension was high between Empire and 14K, a small ‘Beef’ had erupted between the two factions and tensions were high. After evaluating the reasoning behind the problems between both groups a consensus was reached that it was not worth while and that engaging in business could be a profitable deal for both parties. 14K’s newest high command member Flavio contacted the opposing command team to set up a meeting and attempt to clear the air. During the meeting there was an agreement that both groups would be served better by building a positive relationship rather than a negative one. Tax on imports was discussed and a great deal was brokered. 14K was also personally invited to their next event and even suggesting that we could sell our own noodles to the community. 11
Eygon Posted May 17, 2025 Report Posted May 17, 2025 Title - Exploiting to the fullest. Eygon Debose wasn’t Chinese, but the 14K Triads didn’t care. Not when you got your hands dirty and kept your mouth shut. One day he gathered every 14k Triad that was on the frequency at that time and told them to get ready because he knows a place where everyone can work and make profit. He ended up on Braddocks Farm, an old, abandoned patch of land tucked behind the hills, way off the grid. Perfect place to grow what the law didn’t want grown, and cook what ruined lives. That’s when he moved to the barn, where the real business happened. Crack rocks didn’t make themselves. The air turned toxic with baking soda, ammonia, and heat. Eygon cooked with a cracked radio playing static and a fully automatic submachine gun in his right hand, just in case. Mistakes weren’t forgiven in this line of work.Eygon didn’t care anymore. Braddocks Farm was hell in slow motion, and he was its caretaker—planting poison, cooking nightmares, and trying not to think too hard about how far he’d fallen./Spoiler] 7
Steven Peters Posted May 24, 2025 Report Posted May 24, 2025 Running in the criminal world of Los Santos is no easy game. The 14K Triads play it smart — with diplomacy first, but force always on the table. They understand, that good relationships are essential for business, while poor ones need to be dealt with. To keep their edge, 14K’s leaders stay active in the city’s underworld. They organize talks with old giants and rising crews alike, building trust where it counts and setting boundaries where it matters. Every handshake, every word, every meeting is part of a bigger plan—to secure their influence and shape the future of Los Santos from the shadows. 4
Eygon Posted June 1, 2025 Report Posted June 1, 2025 Title - Steady Recruitment Flow Eygon Debose hadn’t seen Vlad Brown in years. One sunny afternoon, they bumped into each other near Main Street. “Hey, you hungry?” Eygon asked. “Sure,” Vlad replied. They hit up Burger Shot, laughing like old times over greasy fries. After eating, Eygon said, “Come with me, I got something to show you.” They drove to a quiet street where a dojo stood. Inside, tough-looking guys trained hard. Eygon led Vlad to a man named Lucas Shao. “This is Vlad,” Eygon said. Lucas nodded. “You ready for something real?” Eygon looked at Vlad. He didn’t smile. Vlad didn’t either. “Yeah,” he said.Lucas studied Vlad for a moment, then gestured for him to follow. They entered a back room filled with maps, cash, and weapons. “This ain’t just a dojo,” Lucas said. “It’s where the 14k makes moves.” Vlad glanced at Eygon, unsure. “You brought me here for this?” Eygon nodded. “Time to choose.” 4
Scrapper Posted June 7, 2025 Report Posted June 7, 2025 Kastro Freeman was never born into peace. Raised in the alleys of a broken city, he learned young that loyalty had a price, and survival meant getting your hands dirty. His earliest memories weren’t of schoolyards or lullabies but of sirens, dice games, and cold nights on the block. By 16, he was in with a gang not because he wanted to be, but because it was the only way to eat. The crew gave him a name, a gun, and a taste of power. He rose fast, too fast. Money came in, friends multiplied, and his name echoed in the streets. But with that rise came bloodshed, betrayal, and the fall. A raid by the rival gang tore everything apart. Kastro lost his crew, his corners, and nearly his life. Broken and hunted, he left the city. Disappeared. Months later, Kastro returned not as the hothead he once was, but colder. Wiser. He got vouched into the Lost MC by Heavy K, his old road dog. With Jessica Edwards’ blessing, he rolled with the bikers, mixing business with blood. Rideouts, contraband runs, and heavy deals filled the void. But something inside Kastro was shifting. The rage wasn’t enough anymore. The chaos pointless. For the first time, Kastro tried to go legit. He cleaned up, got a job with a logistics company. The suits called him a “reformed asset.” He wore the mask well clean clothes, time cards, even pay rents. But the streets don’t forget their own. Nor did Kastro. Illegal deals kept creeping in on the side. Late night runs, “favors” for old allies. The job noticed. They gave warnings. Then came the pink slip. Fired. That’s when they found him. Or maybe he found them. The 14K Triads didn’t ask questions. They saw potential a man forged by war, loyal to none, and desperate to rebuild. Kastro took the oath. And from that moment, everything changed. With the Triads, it wasn’t about ego or street cred it was empire. Discipline, precision, and power that moved in silence. Kastro learned the code. Ran operations from the shadows. Laundered millions. Set up ports, hijacked shipments, and made enemies vanish like smoke. He wasn't just surviving anymore. He was building something bigger than the streets that made him. He was respected. Feared. But deep down, the question always echoed: Can a man born in fire ever leave the smoke? 4
