Underground Racing

Add a script to allow crims to set up underground races through either the laptops or their phones.  If through phones, they can add a private group to add people to, that way they can get an invite and meet up location as to where the race will be held as well as rules for that specific race.

You can already do this IC. There have been many players who have done this, how exactly must be found out in RP. If you are asking for script apps and stuff then I think no it should be left to players.

As someone who has participated and been apart of racing crews and illegal street race crews basically my entire time on the server, IC can only get us so far. It would be amazing to see some official scripting support but we've been wanting it for years.
