Graffiti not providing influence to turfs.

Issue/bug you are reporting:  Since the most recent server update, Graffiti is no longer having an influence on Turfs. 

Expected behavior:  For each piece of Graffiti with your specific faction gag, you gain influence, negating the decay that has been applied each hour. At the moment, none of the Graffiti is being recognised so having no opposing effect to the decay.

The increase was prior to the server update, and since then it has not had any impact. 

We have tried adding new tags to see if they would be recognised and we have also changed our faction tag to something else and then back to its original to see if that would make a difference but all of these attempts have had no impact.

So... our Decay dropped from 2 to 1 because we lost a turf.. then the turf we dropped randomly started registering our graffiti again and it regained the turf, but now it's stopped counting the graffiti on that turf again

Good afternoon I have done some more tests today placings tags down. However, it is still not registering the tags and not giving influence. 

 

When i place the tag i get the promoted at the top of the screen saying i have placed down for my faction it is just not giving us any influence for it.
