tigerpet15 Posted November 28, 2024 Report Posted November 28, 2024 Hello, I am tigerpet15 and I am a player of ECRP for years. Well now I feel like Im in really tricky spot. I love the server deerly but I am at a point when I dont really know what to do. I played most of the time on my crim character, was a part of a gang and experience most of the stuff the criminal RP offers. I honestly as a player feel like it gets too repetitive also my character is more or less rich so he doesnt have the need to grind money to go by. Also as a player I dont like the overall lore of criminal RP nowadays. I havent met for a while a criminal player interested in producing high quality RP even for the cost of loosing often ICly (and just for the fun of it). I personally love alt RP or an RP which requires a lot of creativity, thinking and planning but I feel like not a lot of players are interested in that (I used to have huge plans of pulling off a very highly planned bank robbery with hostages/beckomming a private invastigator capable of going OVER THE EDGE - there is not really big interest in those services/being a freelance driver/being a journalist and uncovering the secrets of the government etc. etc.). Also my character hates gangs now and Id rather not join one right now it doesnt make RP snese to join one as the last one he is been in traumatised him. And honestly he (with me) is on kind of a crossroad wondering where to go. He has been clean of crimes for few months (he could get gun license in a month). Do I want him to go in the criminal direction or let him become legal (I might be going in the direction of slipping Jimmy for the Better call saul fans). Honestly Id rather take part in /me /do overdid scenario thatn being in shootouts every day. All I can say right now that me as a player I am interested in only high quality RP with strong backstories and without boring repetitive RP. I dont want to run labs and get to shootouts with terrible RP leading up to them. Ehm the issue Im having right now is that I ran out of ideas I would want to try RP through. Of like good creative ideas. And spend way more time on forums than actually in game. Well Id be super glad with any help with getting inspired or helping me find a direction again. Quote

Sometimes things get repetitive with broken legs but there are endless things you can roleplay and the level of your treatment can really be something that makes people remember. There are individuals here who don't mind waiting a few more minutes to make a really good medical RP situation. Plus there is always the benefit of money while you figure out where your RP is going to go. Besides that, you might be able to ask one of the more alt RP groups to see if their RP opportunities they would like to have is something that might interest you.. but you might need a new character.
