Make /Panim Badge show an image of your Faction worker badge to anyone within whisper distance

rather than using the /Badge 0 command i think it would be a seriously cool addition to use the Panim feature but for it to show our rank + badge number + Name and a picture of us underneath the text box where the Mini MDC normally goes. and this would be shown to anyone within whisper distance, meaning we could easily show it to the driver of a vehicle etc.

 

it would definitely level up the badge thing for Police and the Panim looks really cool and friendly already, it would just mean that the receiver of the Panim would actually get to see the information.
