moment Posted October 10, 2024 Report Posted October 10, 2024 (edited) Backstory Multiple business men and women operating in their own area of the world which spreads from the Balkans, Europe all the way up to Middle East decided to form an organization called Horizon in 1990 to push the most wealth ever seen in the city of Los Santos. They are known to be the front runners when it comes to running any sort of business, in this case distribution and manufacturing of narcotics, bank and ATM robberies, when these topics are brought up - the name Horizon rises up for the occasion. Horizon belives in equality and works in a vote system to ensure fairness and respect towards each other. They are known for their diplomatic ways of handling situations and their relations with other organizations. Horizon is a faction that focus purely on themselves and they don’t consider anyone as their competition. their main obsession is to succeed at all cost, and that is the only thing they care the most about. HQ If you want to meet some of the members of the Horizon organization they would be usually at the Vineyard Mansion near Zancudo Road. This is their primary Headquarters when they conduct internal meetings or any business endavours. Trademarks Advanced weaponry such as advanced rifles, carbines, pumps and smaller guns like .50 and Uzi are used to eliminate faster and effectively Horizon's Dresscode will consist of formal and casual wear followed up by suits or jeans/jackets which shows high-class and adiqotue wear. They will represent their clothes via the blue color. Horizon mostly drives High-Class vehicles such as Terminus, Paragon, Hackuhou Drag, Toros and other medium tier vehicles such as Kamacho, Vigero ZX for classified operations. The two decided to work together as a union, creating a roster they soon would call family. Horizon would not be where it is today, without the importance of the regent, leading as much as the don himself. Not only are they both very experienced in their field, they also lead others into the better versions of themselves Their marks would be left lingering for many years to come, without the government knowing a thing. High Command High Command of Horizon consists of members with high reputation that have been around in the city for many years, with past successful gang experiences where they have held commanding positions and have made those gangs known for many years by leaving their marks. Each and every one of them has a special trait which makes them unique for their position within the organization. They are known for; Drug dealing and manufacturing of narcotics, arms dealing, gang politics and diplomacy, operating like businessmen and lastly marksman shooters when it comes down to it. Divisions Narcotics Narcotics The Command team have always been known for their experience within the narcotics business.. Narcotics being Horizon’s most strongest division, it is taken very seriously and it is the main thing that Horizon are known for. Their manufacturing arsenal is very large, LSD, Crack, Cocaine.. you name it. Due to them having lengthy ties and connections their distribution chain is large as well, making good use of plantation areas for distribution across the hood areas is something they do as well. Having a successful and experienced chain of operations which starts from manufacturing, packing and all the way up to distribution to both their allies and international customers. Enforcers Enforcers the selected members of this role are under the wings of their chief, the chief Enforcer. Enforcers display a unique set of ways on how they operate in the divisions, while the chief has proved himself worthy to lead an internal army. The members of this army, are the ones who set an example for their lower-rankings, teach intimidation and have the sole purpose of protecting their allies while dominating their rivals. Members Hierarchy Each division has its respective members that serve the purpose of the respective tasks. The members can rank up in their division or even move if proven to be more useful in other divisions. Flaviosas Posted October 18, 2024 Report Posted October 18, 2024 Arrival The Don and the regent conducted their first internal meeting at their HQ to welcome some new faces and keep everyone in the loop of what is going to happen in the next months. Once everything was setup and organized Horizon they just had to execute and meet their goal. The Chemist started pushing more drugs than anyone could possibly ever imagine meanwhile Chief Enforcer performed other activities to deceive the public eye to not track unnecessary attention. Business was flowing perfectly and wealth was increasing consisting million of dollars. The organization was focused and determined than ever. Next in line would be to setup meetings with other organizations to discuss relations. Presence The Organization started showing up in city with High-Value cars to mark their presence and people got to know them more and recognize the faction. We usually stay without guns in the city and try to keep it low so cops won't suspect that it's a criminal organization. after days of meeting people, and being at every public or known place, people started inviting us to their events which we would attend to show our presence. We spent a good time in creating more good relations with different people on the legal and illegal side. Etching Horizon is the kind of organization that thrives in the shadows while keeping an air of normalcy. Unlike the stereotypical image of a mafia in suits, they blend into everyday life with casual, comfortable outfits always in a distinct shade of blue, subtle yet unmistakable. Their wealth is hidden in plain sight. From the outside, they look like successful entrepreneurs, tech-savvy professionals, or even upscale suburban families.They don’t need to shout to be heard. Just a glance at the blue they wear reminds anyone in the know that Horizon is watching, always present, controlling more than most realize. They move in sync, calculated and deliberate, like the etchings on their finely-tuned operations. Every piece, every step is mapped out, etching their presence deeper into the world’s financial and criminal landscapes. 15 1
