/stop anim/ Ctrl + 0 not canceling /up

Issue/bug you are reporting: When you do the /up command you are no longer able to do /stopAmim or ctrl + 0 to cancel it.

Expected behavior:  When you run the /stopAnim command, character should stop the hands up anim.

Evidence (MUST provide either UNEDITED photo or video) , notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate:  run the /up command and then try to stop the anim with ctrl + 0 or /stopAnim.

Also, doing another anim whilst /up is active doesn't cancel it, and instead makes a goofy animation
