Issue/bug you are reporting: Terminus front passenger seat, You cannot aim any weapon from it.

Expected behavior:  Ability to aim a weapon.

Evidence (MUST either photo or video) , notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Get in a Terminus front passenger seat with a pistol, Attempt to aim.

This has been a thing since the terminus was added as far as I am aware. Only people in the back seats can aim weapons.
