To be able to test drive vehicles at car markets for a set period of time.

Maybe the server sets them to another world (on a track, straight road, etc) so they can test drive the car the X amount of time, but they can not test the same vehicle again with in a 10 minute cool down period & have 2-3 drives max to prevent abuse.
