why was the tug boat actually never implemented? i would really like to have one, 
maybe this one can be through credits only ?? like the rebla ? 

we don't have any boats yet in credit store, so why not ? 

or does rage maybe not support a tug being in the game ?

water related stuff is always quite janky with how sync works . But im all for a tugboat anyway!

I mean i would just focus on boats in general being useful/usable before focusing on specific ones.
