Issue/bug you are reporting: With a charged battery pre-installed in the phone, replacing it with a dead battery through the inventory will keep the phone's state as on. Expected behavior: When replacing a charged battery with a dead battery, the phone should turn off, unless there's a VIP perk in-effect. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: 1. Have a charged phone battery installed in the phone (the charging level doesn't matter). 2. Replace it with a dead battery from the inventory (RMB and 'Use'). Result: Phone stays on.
