/panim backpack auto cancels itself

Issue/bug you are reporting: 
When using /panim backpack, it disappears when someone else in the vicinity uses it and you talk. 

Expected behavior:  
It works

Have 2+ people attempt using /panim backpack simultaneously and have them both press N to talk.

Even when you equip and unequip a weapon, should stay on your back if possible please.
