Through the Grape(scratched out) MelonVine

When it comes to being a part of a group, there are always some things here and there that can be improved on. There are also things that can very much be celebrated. However, when it comes to bringing these things up, people may have a hard time letting their thoughts be known throughout the group, or even to the leader himself.

This is where the Melon Mediator comes in. At the beginning of every month, the MM brings each member to a private area and asks them questions on how they feel about being in the Waterfelons. Everything that is said is kept anonymous and passed up to the Leader and Second command.

Afterwards, it is discussed between the command team in order to go over key thoughts brought up by each member. Whether there is a problem or new idea, all of it is taken into consideration and discussed. Those solutions or ideas are then implemented and brought back to the members.

With this process, everyone is able to have their voices heard without stress, and command isn't overwhelmed by the information.

Lyrical Melonade

Throughout his time within the
city of Los Santos, Marcus has
experienced his fair share of
criminal activity: Shootouts,
cooking drugs, chopping cars.
But all of this was a means to
an end. Marcus wanted a way
to express himself, and his
creativity without the needless
bloodshed.

Marcus got to talking with two
other members of the
Waterfelons: Ricardo & Tommy
who both shared the mutual
interest in self expression
through music.

With this in mind, Marcus had
the idea of making a record
label. With the help of Tommy
they both founded
"Lyrical Melonade" a record
label meant for other
like minded criminals and
others alike. This way beef with
gangs, or people in general
doesn't always have to end with
someone in a casket, surrounded
by mourning loved ones.

Waterfelons hope that Lyrical
Melonade will be a new age for
the criminal life style and
helping people pursue their
passion.

Getting Acquainted

In their time in the city, the
waterfelons always had a
goal in mind
. While their main
goal was always to be the
helping hand of the criminal
world
. The waterfelons also
set out to be a main dealer in
the market
. Whether that be
weapons
, or chemicals for
drug manufacturing the main
way to achieve this goal was to
be as neutral as possible in
hopes to strengthen their
bonds with as many groups
as possible
.

As the waterfelons grew so did
their business
. it wouldn’t be
long till waterfelons had
reached their hands out to
the bigger gangs in the city for
alliances
, and partnerships.
 Sooner or later the smaller
groups in the city started going
to them proving their name had
spread around los santos
quickly
.

After meeting up with all the
biggest groups in the city the
waterfelons had started
growing their bonds by doing
:
events
, aswell as other
criminal activities
.

With the waterfelons bonding
with the bigger gangs
, and the
smaller gangs coming to
waterfelons for weapons
, and
chemicals
. Waterfelons’
business was booming and soon
their goal of being one of
los santos’ main dealers
was just on the horizon
.

X Marks the Spot
With the waterfelons hard at
work, establishing business &
keeping their turf. command
thought that it was time to
show their members some
appreciation.

During a command meeting they
discussed having a little treat
for their members, eventually
command had decided to do a
secret santa gift exchange &
a scavenger hunt with a cash
prize.

the idea was simple every
member would be assigned a
“secret santa” someone to give
a gift to, but not just a gift an
outfit aswell, that person
would wear during the hunt.

As soon as the names were given
out, everyone rushed to the
nearest clothing store buying
both fashion aswell as comical
outfits.

The day had finally come for
the waterfelons to embark on
their scavenger hunt. They had
found themselves meeting in
an undisclosed location with
their presents and outfits in
hand.

As soon as everyone was in
their outfits for the evening
the scavenger hunt began.

each hint was carefully worded
to look back on the history
of waterfelons, aswell as test
the knowledge of their long
standing members.

eventually the winner finally
crossed the finish line claiming
their cash prize, as the
waterfelons grouped up for one
last picture.

Merry Christmas!

Happy New Year

With christmas ending and the
snow beginning to melt, the
waterfelons thought it was
time to get back in the swing
of things, but before they
could get back to business
there was one thing they had to
do first.

Waterfelons' very own
Aurora Harrisons' birthday fell
on the 2nd of january and what
A way to start the new year
than to cause a bit of havoc?

The Waterfelons assembled and
began to plan their destruction.

With it being Aurora's birthday
they asked her what she watned
to do. Aurora laughed with
intent. Soon the Waterfelons
were adorned in the goofiest
outfits you could imagine, the
men wore bigfoot costumes
while the women were dressed
as aliens.

The plan? Rob as many stores
to secure packed cash for their
allies all while having fun
running a muck on the LSPD.

Restructure

During the holidays high
command realized that they
needed to make some changes
within the ranks of the
Waterfelons. Some members
were inactive, or some weren’t
up to standard, so they decided
to let them go and start to
reconstruct the ranks of
the Waterfelons.

To begin with:
high command figured that
the idea of “The Rinds” didn’t
make much sense, and instead
members were using it as a way
to avoid particular tasks.
with that in mind, command
completely dismantled the rank
instead a new ranking system
was put in place
that ensures members both
feel a sense of progression
and also still show their
dedication to the gang.

Finally, before they started
recruiting again Waterfelons
decided that three members in
particular deserved their
long awaited promotions:

Aurora was promoted to high
command for showing her
dedication to the gang
especially during the holidays.

And Marcus was promoted to
second command as he had
visions for what the
Waterfelons could be.

Finally, Autumn Hurst was also
promoted to co-leader now
sitting at the same rank as
Alex, as Autumn was looked to
for guidance and understanding
by many of the Waterfelons.

Lyrical melonade was founded
by Marcus Harrison & Tommy
Hurst. Their goal was to drive
the city into a new direction
of self expression, and a way
to have gangs interact in more
ways than just violence.
During their time in the city
Lyrical Melonade has produced
songs, and collaborated with
different artists around the
city. More to come in the future
stay tuned!

Moving On

During their time in the city
the waterfelons have had many
rival factions. However they
usually end up being left in
the past, or forgotten about
completely. None have been a
problem for Waterfelons but
one gang in particular.

The East Side Mob, and the
Waterfelons had been at odds
with each other for quite
sometime, dating back before
even the cartel came in
contact with them. ESM’s
issues stemmed from a deal
that Waterfelons had made with
OTF. The deal stated that
{REDACTED} The mob took this deal as
a sign of disrespect and thus
the war began. First came the
petty words which then
progressed into acts of
violence, resulting in both
sides suffering severe losses.
The constant fighting, now
going on for 6 months, suddenly
grinded to a halt when Marcus
was approached by Joaquin who
sought out Waterfelons to
attempt to finally put an end
to the war. Marcus alongside
the rest of leadership accepted
this invitation and was greeted
by ESM’s command team at their
newly established diner. The
talks of peace were settled
over delicious food and
refreshments.

The talks among both groups
command team were peaceful &
respectful with both sides
taking responsibility for the
lack of communication in which
fueled the long waging war.

The two groups enjoyed the rest
of their meals and tipping the
waiter graciously for their
excellent service before
parting ways. Although business was not
discussed during the meeting
everyone was happy to finally
let peace reign triumphant.

Embers of Manifestation

It had been months since the Waterfelons had done an event, and never one they hosted by themselves Ophelia and Autumn spent days thinking of ideas that weren’t overused before coming up with an idea. An event to symbolize the new year, a bonfire where people could burn things that didn’t serve them in the last year. Ophelia mentioned it would be cool to find someone who could read Tarot Cards.. But to her surprise Autumn had been practicing for years and offered to do it, along with her brother Lucien who also specialized in readings.

Before they knew it, it was the night of the event, Embers of Manifestation. Raffling a maxed Terminus and offering Tarot Card readings for love and also past, present and future, the place was packed before it had even begun. Everyone worked together efficiently and effectively, and before they knew it, it had been three hours and the place was still packed with people dancing, and conversing with each other.

The night was a massive success, the Tarot Card Readings were widely received and everyone excitedly talked about the accuracy as the fire burned with past items, allowing everyone to start the new year with a new slate. The Waterfelons ended the night on a high, excited to plan the next event.

Monarch Mayhem
Waterfelons were sitting around hq bored one day and decided that today was a good day to steal from the rich and give to the poor. The waterfelons quickly assembled with a game plan and most of all, a theme for their robberies. as per usual the waterfelons always have a theme set in place for their outfits during their store robberies not only to throw off the scent but also to have a little fun amidst all the chaos.

One store, two store, three store four! The waterfelons were on a roll! Luckily the LSPD were busy the whole night so the waterfelons went uncontested the whole night. Eventually though it was time for them to stop while they were ahead, as too many robberies was risky even for them.

All in all, the waterfelons had an amazing night, and made an amazing profit.

Getaway 101

With the new influx of members into the Waterfelons, came new information that was shared with the gang that was very useful.

CJ Malone, one of the newest members that came from the very beloved gang Envy joined and wanted to teach the gang bike drop spots that could be used when evading from the police. she took numerous members around the city showing them how to set up the bikes, in the best way to be as quick and efficient as possible.

this new information would be invaluable as Waterfelons move forward toward completing their goals.

Waterfelons Set Sail

On a warm evening rolling
around the city, the Waterfelons
stumbled upon a boat at high
end that really caught their
eye. A lot of ideas were thrown
around until eventually they
came to a conclusion:
Waterfelons need that dinghy.

After a short discussion and
planning, Marcus, Zaza, Brook, &
Hugo decided to fund the boat
together with the help of a
close associate. Naturally
before setting sail, the
Waterfelon dinghy needed the
Waterfelon colors. After a long
process customizing, it was
ready to set sail to Cayo Perico!

Eventually, the squad found
their way to the island now
with fellow melons Jay & CJ
with them and the trip could
finally really kick off. they
partied at the beach, explored
the island and played hide &
seek together until eventually
gathering up at the mansion’s
pool to enjoy the view and
wonder about the endless ocean
in front of their eyes.
needless to say, this wouldn’t
be their last trip to the exotic
island.

Crime 101

Ever since Waterfelons started
our number one goal has always
been to help the city of Los
Santos. By means of giving
someone a ride, or sticking up
for them. Waterfelons have
always been there to help.

Recently members: Samuel &
brook Wheeler had stepped up
to the plate to try their hand
at showing newbie criminals
how its done. They started by
filming videos on how to do
certain tasks thats common
place for most gangs such as:
Chopping, Robbing stores,
cleaning dirty cash, just about
everything you can think of.

It wasn’t long until their first
student came to town without a
clue on what to do. {REDACTED}
was new to los santos and had
planned to bring a couple of
friends with him, but he wanted
to learn how to get his feet
wet first. Brook and Samuel
saw to this immediately.

together they taught {REDACTED}
the ways of the criminal world.
bringing him to the classroom
they had instructed him on
what to do when you chop a
car before they took him on a
trip to try it for himself.
it wasn’t long until {REDACTED} got
the hang of it, on his own he
started taking wheels off,
pulling off hoods, and trunks.
he was a natural. after
everything was said and done
Brook and Sam exchanged their
information with {REDACTED} and sent
him on his way.

Waterfelons Charity Fund

its been over a year since the
Waterfelons first started.
Alex, Autumn, Luci and Hugo all
started at Roadworkers, and
upon their return after a long
break, went back to it because
nothing quite beats the social
and energetic atmosphere.

Roadworkers is where
Waterfelons started, a bunch
of friends just wanting to make
the city a safer place. with
their connections and their new
found power within the city
the Waterfelons decided that
they need new ways to help the
city, not just to make it safer,
but also to make it a place for
people to grow and pursue their
dreams. with that in mind, the
Waterfelons assembled and
robbed multiple stores, one
after the other they added
more and more money to their
pockets. after all was said and
done, the Waterfelons went
down to Roadworkers HQ and
gave out the money to those
working there. its where
Waterfelons got their start,
and hopefully the good faith
will be passed on. this act
gave Alex an idea... what if
they could do this all the time?

Thus the Waterfelons charity
fund was created. every so
often the Waterfelons commit
crimes, or host events, some
of the proceeds will go back
into helping the community in
hopes of it becoming a better
place.

Autumn and Alex, the creators and leaders of Waterfelons, built the gang from the ground up. Their skills and dedication shaped the gang into what it is today, leaving a wonderful gang that felt like a family. But all good things sadly come to an end. After much discussion, they made the difficult decision to step down, believing it was the right choice for the gangs future.

Zaza and Aurora, former members of Waterfelons high-command, had proven themselves as skilled and dedicated leaders during their time. When Autumn and Alex stepped down, the choice of who were going to lead the gang was clear. Without hesitation, they appointed Zaza and Aurora as leaders, ensuring the gangs future remained bright.

Brook and Samuel, dedicated members of the gang, had learned the ropes of command, Brook through experience as low-command and Samuel alongside him. When Zaza and Aurora stepped up as leaders, new high-command was needed. Their promotion was swiftly put in place, and together, they were sure they were going to be able to help the gang thrive alongside the new leaders.

"It was a warm evening in Los Santos when the Waterfelon "teacher" Brook Wheeler stumbled upon a mister who was in dire need of assistance financially and regarding illegal ways of making money in the city. Seeing as the Wheelers have taken upon themselves to teach the rookie criminals of Los Santos the basics of crime, Brook didn't hesitate in offering a helping hand to the newbie.

After providing some financial support and discussing the basics of criminal activities such as chopping and cooking, they took off to get the man the tools required to start his new found career. Now with Samuel Wheeler riding with them, they went around the city learning labs as well as good spots to find chops until they eventually stumbled upon a chop car to use for teaching purposes.

Some minutes went by and they had successfully taught the man how to chop cars and how to sell the parts. Naturally all profits from the chop went to the rookie. To make the evening even more memorable for the new friend they made, Brook and Samuel decided to buy a nice car for the man that only owned a Warrener at the time. Surely enough, the man would remember the Waterfelons as people who offer a hand to those that are in need!"

It wasn’t long after Chevy Vercetti joined us that we realized he wasn’t quite cut out for the criminal life we’re living. He just recently flew into the city and had a lot to learn, and his skills were… well, let's just say they needed some work. Being a seedling for the Waterfelons, he was on trial to prove himself as an asset to the gang, but it didn’t take long to see he wasn’t the right fit for us.

"We’re gonna have to let you go from the seedling spot, man. "I told him, a bit disappointed but knowing it was the right call. "You’re still fresh. We need people with more experience in this type of work, and I’m sure we both agree you’re not quite there yet." Chevy looked down for a second but then nodded in agreement. "I get it. I’m still learning. And you’re looking for someone more versed in the life of being a criminal" "Look. I said, shaking my head. I’m not just gonna leave you out there and not help you. That’s not what we Waterfelons are about. You wanna learn? I’ll teach you something useful to get you started with some serious and core crime." So, I took him under my wing for a bit. "First lesson?" i said. How to get plants, since they’re pretty damn useful in the type of business we’re in.

We spent a couple of hours driving around the city outskirts in my new Itali, going to all the spots where plants grow. I showed him where to find them, how to tell which ones were ready to be picked, and how to actually grab them without messing it up. After we successfully managed to grab plants from all the spots, it was time for Chevy to go out on his own. I couldn’t teach him everything, but this skill he picked up was gonna be valuable in the long run.

🍉Home Sweet Home🍉

Its now been almost a month since Autumn and Alex passed on Waterfelons to Aurora and Zaza, they both thought its what they needed after founding the gang back in 2023, they've been through as many ups as there was down but day in and day out the passion to create something better always remained, but like a rock crashing against the waves every mishap every complaint and every member leaving, it slowly started to wear them down, and soon enough the motivation and passion started to drift away, they thought it was time to move on and trust that the legacy that they fought so hard to secure would be lifted to new and bigger heights with the new leaders.

At first it seemed like a breathe of fresh air it was the first time Alex and Autumn had truly had any separation from Waterfelons and responsibilities in the past 2 years. After the first week however Autumn began to feel restless, something about it all just didn't feel right. The Waterfelons were like Autumn's children, she cared for their needs, listened to their woes and was always first in line to any proud moment that they achieved. She was seen as the mother figure to many of the members and she took that position with pride and all the sudden they were gone.

After a few days of conversation with Alex about it being the right choice of leaving she decided to revisit Waterfelons to plant the seed of her possible return . As soon as the Waterfelons saw her screeches of happiness blasted her eardrums as members came up to hug and playfully tackle her. She needed this, right then and there she knew this is where she belongs. As the sun begin to set, talks between all of command was held, with the blessing of both Aurora and Zaza she once again became the leader of the Waterfelons, together Aurora and Autumn would rise up and stand tall as leaders and bring Waterfelons back to the light

🚙CRUSING IN STYLE🚙

The Waterfelons have always stood out from the crowd by rocking the bright colours of green and pink, its purpose you may ask? Not only is it fitting for the name but also it makes it easy for the everyday man to be able to spot the Waterfelons in times of need.

Throughout the 2 years since Waterfelons was created people have decided to imitate their clothing in order to use their alliances or simply to gain people's trust to then further exploit them. Although Waterfelons have dealt with all of the fakes, new ones just kept on coming so they needed to come up with something a bit more extreme in order for people to be truly sure it was indeed a Waterfelon they were speaking with.

The idea of a certain type of car was tossed around by members of command, something that was just as fun and quirky as the Waterfelons themselves, a true personification of them. VINTAGE CARS! Members of Waterfelons loved the idea after hearing the examples of the Roosevelt, Winky,Briosso 300 and the all time favourite ‘Mr.Bean car’ all rocking the iconic green and pink. It was the perfect theme to go alongside their friendly fun nature. By the end of the meeting members ran towards low and high end alongside some dealerships in order to buy their brand new Waterfelon car.

And just like that, The Waterfelon identity was secure.

Practice Makes Perfect

HAVE YOU EVER SPENT 20K+ ON A GUN ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT YOU HATE IT!?
Well come on down to the Waterfelons Gun Range, not only can you try before you buy to guarantee that your hard earned money isn't going to waste but you can also practice your aim in our sound proof gun range.

Since the Cartel have gotten in contact with the Waterfelons they have made it one of their missions to sell guns not only to gangs but also to solos at a much cheaper tax then other gangs, the reason behind this is that although Waterfelons will always lend a hand in time of need, they can't be everywhere at once. To combat this the Waterfelons have lowered the tax on solos so they can get their self defense equipment without breaking the bank and in return this would help even the playing field and release some of the strain on the Waterfelons.

After months of selling various guns many customers had returned expressing their sorrows that the equipment they purchased was a bit harder to control then they thought it would be, this is when the Waterfelons had a brilliant idea to allow their customers to test out the gun they are wanting to purchase at their newly furnished gun range to guarantee that everybody would walk away happy and confident in their purchase.

The Betrayal Of Peace The peace treaty between Waterfelons and ESM had been rocky from the start, ESM was pushing for Waterfelons to do business with them but the Waterfelons wanted to wait, unsure if this peace would last they decided to test ESM to see if they were in fact a honourable gang and would stand by their word.

After a week of peace Second Command of ESM approached Waterfelons asking why Waterfelons wouldnt do any orders for them, Autumn explained that after 6 months of war and harsh words shared amongst the 2 groups trust is something you build not demand and told the Second Command to give them time to learn to trust them.

A few days had passed since the talk shared between the 2 groups, when one day some of Waterfelons were cooking and noticed that they were being scouted, sadly all of the small group of Waterfelons had lost the fight but one managed to get away with vital information.

When arriving back to the pink cage the member quickly told the command team everything that went down before sharing that members of ESM went out of colours to push and kill Waterfelons. Waterfelons were in shock how could a Mob a group of which pride themselves on honour go against the peace treaty and try to hide it, when this was brought to the attention of ESM command they of course denied it, but Waterfelons are not fools ESM had failed the test of honour and in doing so became enemy of the Waterfelons.

Waterfelons always strive for peace but once that peace is broken you do not get it back.

BUSINESS BEFORE PLEASURE

The Waterfelons have been close allies with Los Locos since they made their debut in the city, what started as merely business became a close friendship between the 2 groups always visiting each others HQ’s for a chin wag helping each other when business became tough

Although Waterfelons and Los Locos have had a meeting, both groups had grown a lot in the past few months and new members had joined that needed introducing. After the discussions of a new lowered tax had settled and a few laugh shares were shared, Autumn then suggested a little friendly competition of bulldog.

Both groups were excited to battle it out in good old fashioned fun. Everyone headed to Mirror Park Field in which Autumn explained the rules ‘One group will be on one side of the field and another will be at the center, the aim of the game is to reach the other side of the field without getting tackled by the people in the center, if you get tackled you join the enemy team till there's one person remaining’. With the rules of the game explained, screels of near misses were echoing off from the field.

With everyone out of breath and the sun slowly setting off the Los Santos skyline, Waterfelons and Los Locos decided to call the games their and to get back to business, with friendly hugs and warm goodbyes they both went their own way promising to visit each other soon.

A Bond Set In Blood

Waterfelons and OTF have now been allies for almost a year, during the course of the year OTF and Waterfelons have become an unlikely duo in labs but with Waterfelons friendly diplomatic nature and OTF aggressive strong presence it was a match made in heaven.

Recently OTF had come under new leadership and requested a meeting with the Waterfelons to introduce their new members of their command team, much to their surprise when the meeting was held old members of Waterfelon command was standing next to the new leader and with prideful smiles and some a stern handshake congratulated the James and Tommy on their new promotion.

After new introductions were set and business was updated OTF and Waterfelons grew closer than ever with the new found bonds amongst highcommand the alliance was further strengthened.
