Problems with new modded LEO vehicles

Issue/bug you are reporting: The new vehicles from the most recent modding update are not recognized properly by the server and show a "?" as their GPS marker, do not have any pictures in the faction menu, and likely do not have proper fuel usage set up. Two of these vehicles are also displayed as "NULL" in the menu.

It affects the following vehicles:

Police Hakuchou [polhaku]
Police BF400 [policebf]
Police D10 [police10]

Expected behavior: For the vehicles to have an associated GPS blip, have allotted fuel usage in line with other cruisers/civ variants of the vehicle, and for them to have associated pictures in the menu.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Open the faction menu and spawn one of the new vehicles.
