When it comes to housing, I usually have loans, and the loan companies all evaluate whether or not the house is worth that price tag and will give you a set amount.

 

I was only offered 2.5mil, pushing to 2.8mil at most to be given as a loan for this house as it’s not worth the price on the door. Legit, the rest im putting up as cash but your price is beyond.

 

it’s a Bungalow, if it was a two storey or maybe a 4g then I would be like okay, 4mil is do-able but it’s a 3G. 
 

Like I said, the absolute maximum I can pay is 3.5mil and that’s out my own pocket with 2.8mil as a loan.
