Typing in evidence locker input menu toggles VOIP

Issue/bug you are reporting: When typing in the input field to access a person's evidence locker, with N or M (P is fine), it will toggle your VOIP momentarily, the same way it did when the server updated to fix the helicam VOIP and anything typed in chat would toggle VOIP.

Expected behavior: To be able to type in someone's name without VOIP toggling on every N or M keypress.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Try to open a person's evidence locker, type in someone's name, and press N and M.

This also includes the vending machine input box, as I've just come across that. I'd just assume anything that has an identical input box has the same issue.
