I then thought it may be based on name as opposed to whatever ID is assigned to a character, so I attempted to add her under her new name ("Ashley Flores"), which brought me back to Ashley Quinn, her old name. Unsure if relevant, but the name change was by an administrator and not the credit store. Expected behavior: The name should be adjusted and reflect the current name of the character.
