Spotlight "enable" key does not disable it after

Issue/bug you are reporting: When pressing NUM 5 to enable the spotlight, it works fine. However, if you then press NUM 5 again, it doesn't disable the spotlight as intended. Instead, it takes away my control and it no longer follows my aim, but it stays enabled.

Expected behavior:  Pressing NUM 5 the first time, should enable the spotlight. Pressing it again, should disable it.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Get into a helicopter, press H, press NUM 5 to enable the spotlight, then press NUM 5 again in an attempt to disable it.

Vehicle license plate number*:  AIR-1, I suppose. But no personal vehicle associated.
