I can't remember door price, 2 mil or 2.1 ish, not going lower, people are selling 2Gs for more than 1 mil and I haven't seen a single 3G for sale below 2 mil on Vinewood, let alone one with as much space as this one.

There’s literally 8 hillcrest ave for 1.4mil which is a 3G in vinewood, and there’s plenty more examples with the same exterior as yours with a yard etc.
