Return work vehicles for other legal jobs.

I been a bayview mechanic a few months ago and came back to this day, it's been a tad bit annoying that you have to sign out entirely to return work vehicles. 

Is there a way to implement that like road construction?

Thank you for your suggestion. A recent server update changed how faction vehicles are spawned and removed, no longer requiring someone to clock on and off duty to despawn a car and get a new one. As such, we will be archiving this.
