Expected behavior: Door should be lockable by DOC + LEOs. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: The door states its locking and unlocking but there is no way to access it. Vehicle license plate number*: Potential fix will be pushed upon the next server restart. It seems like players can trigger this bug, but it's not entirely known how to do it.
