If your brother got banned and you guys play on the same IP, you won't be able to log in for the duration of his ban. This is also outlined in our server rules: 1.1.2 Players are responsible that their account or IP address is not used to break the server rules. I'm afraid you're going to have to wait it out. - Boxxy
