Stamp exchange at prison

Currently this is the UI at the prison, this is very misleading / uninformative, new criminals may and have thought that this is how you get money from your stamps and unfortunately learn the hard lesson that this only reduces the sentence time. 

Please could this be edited to say something along the lines of:

The whole stamp to time exchange system should be changed. I've always been advocating for it to be reduced from 7 stamps to 1 second to substantially less such as 3 to 1.

The UI itself is probably one of the only no-WI interfaces around so it would be very beneficial for an overhaul. I drew an idea like the vending machine.
