Interior Lighting Issues in House

Issue/bug you are reporting: Interior lighting disappears when entering house

Expected behavior:  Interior lighting should be persistant even when entering or leaving

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Sorry for bad quality, geforce didn't want to record. Talked to Chunder about it. 

 

Also, after I alt tabbed out the lights were there but not an actual light source was coming out.

Hello @What99Name Are you still having this issue? If so is it only specific lighting fixtures, (and if so which ones?) or is this only happening in the 2g home and not other establishments?

Reviving this thread to note that I have also run into this issue with lighting fixtures within my apartment.

My interior happens to be the motel-room style, and for the lights I've placed, being "on" when I enter is a gamble.

I've also noticed some lights only come on during in-game night, which is fine, but likely not the original issue.

Still an issue, happens on my 1g, with the motel interior, lights only there at certain times it seems not sure if its doing it with the jewelry too but i bought a ruby and ring display and they arent there anymore so possibly that too

Sometimes most the light in my house doesn’t work, you’d have to relight through the F1 menu for all the lights to be working in my house.

Can confirm it is not an outdated issue and seems to effect most user-placed lights on my interiors. Might be a conflict/error with the automatic light control based on exterior time.

Reposting since this is not outdated and still and issue with interiors. All 6 of my properties have this issue. Once you move the light it works but you have to do it everytime you enter the property.
