I need to know how much saving u need to have to buy a small business property for example a convenience store. Also the steps are you first request to buy a property either its eligible for sale or you can request it. Second you apply for business license to operate the business. Am I missing anything. My application already got denied once and to save my time and effort I want to understand the process. Thanks in advance for all the help you can provide.

Additionally, you can look at gov.eclipse-rp.net at the public government sections for an idea of business licensing, prices and how all that works.
