Can't use scroll wheel to go through multifunction menu

Has been ongoing since I installed the Rage Multiplayer for the first time 2 days ago.

The menu for various optional interaction with objects (see attached images) that can be selected through the scroll wheel will not move from the first scroll option when using the scroll wheel.

Tried:

-Restarting the game

-Restarting Computer

-Deleting the client_resources folder in RAGEMP folder (was advise to do this through the in game bug report)

-Reinstalling Rage Multiplayer Client

search device manager on your windows and open it

select Mice and other pointing devices

right click on the mouse you're using 

click on uninstall device

unplug and plug your mouse to your computer and then test it

if it doesn't work restart the game and test it again.

Issue Resolved

Solution delete the Rockstar Games folder in My Documents Folder
