History

"Dragons" were originaly founded in Lithuania in 1990, Panevėžys. The gang started out small while there was discourse in the country after regaining independace, it gave the gang easy ruling since the government was unorganized and most of the police were corrupt. As time passed the gang gained more and more infamousy and spread all throughout Lithuania and later on established outposts troughout most of the West. Emil Diamos was one of the original gang members, so he was tasked to do just that. "Go to Los Santos and establish an outpost there, gain contacts and make our name known."

Present

Since the Headquarters are so far, its hard to establish proper distribution of supplies, and the outpost is left without essential supplies like members, contraband and money. It's a difficult task put on Emil's shoulders, since he has to build everything from ground zero, with what little he brought with himself. Currentlly the organisation is establishing relationships with other gangs in the city by doing small hits for them basically for pennies. But it is important for us to show that we provide quality, the money will come after we prove ourselves.

Goals

Find a place to operate the organization from.

Establish a legal business so that the organiztion could wash out the illegal money.

Spread our name through out the city so more business opportunities would come our way.

Recruit new blood into the organization to further expand our capabilities.

Maintain a standart of a real criminal organization.

Ranks

The head of the operation. His word is final, cant be overruled.

Second in command, maintains order while "Dragons Head" is not around

Oldest and the most trusted members of the gang. They are tasked with financal bussiness.

These members have spent most of their life working for the organisation, they have earn the respect of high command and each of them is considered to be able to replace any of the high command. Responsible for maintaining gang relationships.

Soldier tasked with the most difficult task the organization gets offered, they have proven their worth more then enough. Responsible for training and commanding lower ranks.

Soldiers who have proven their worth in the battlefield, but have not yet shown potencial to lead. Under direct command of "Red Dragons"

They have proven to be a useful asset to the organization and are considered to be a real member.

New blood of the organiztion, are not considered a real member until proven otherwise.

OOC Rules

Respect the staff team, understand that their word is final, offer constructive criticism if need be.

Have atleast 20k of experience.

Be respectful to all of the community.

Remember that it is still just a game be able to deal with lose situations and show interesting roleplay
