As I was the original owner of both of the properties at that location I hid a safe on the outside of it a long time ago with a lot of valuable things in it. I forgot the location of the safe and quit looking for it so probably up to 400k worth of valuables in a safe somewhere. So I thing the property is worth at least 67mil 1 1
