November Posted January 26, 2019 Author Report Posted January 26, 2019 Most houses in Mirror Park that look like that are below 200k. But since this house has 3 garages it is worth more. It is close to my work which is good, but its backyard is rather cramped. I would offer 250k
Spergburger Posted January 27, 2019 Report Posted January 27, 2019 (edited) The backyard is somewhat small but you still have enough room there to set up a barbecue and have some people over. The main yard seems to be at the right side of the house, with the tree and the hedgerow. A regular 2 car garage house in Mirror park just sold for 200,000, so this one would definitely be worth more than that. I've had an offer for $300,000, so you'd need to beat that if you want the house. I'm potentially willing to do trades, doesn't necessarily have to be all paid in cash Edited January 27, 2019 by Spergburger
