Radio VOIP

Hello, my Radio VOIP is white and can’t hear people at long ranges but friends can, is there anyway to turn it up? Used the /rvv 100 and 0, doesn’t make a difference

You forgot to turn on your radio. 

Open your inventory using “I”, right click on it and press use.
