So basically I tried to appeal my ban but the ban appeal section is greyed out for me [pic 1]. So I then appealed it through the Pending LOA [pic 3] section as it was the only one that I could click. It was picked up from an admin then the head admin closed it as it was an 'improper appeal format' [pic 2]. Little bit confused and not sure what to do.

Would appreciate some help, thanks.

Hey!

Improper area:

To appeal a ban you need to post in the Decision Appeals section. Do not worry about posting in a specific area.

Improper Format:

Before creating an appeal, you need to ensure you you are following the format which can be found in the Decision Appeal Requirements section.
