When I introduce my account name and the password, it tells me an email has been sent but I don't receive anything. I am making this administrative request to upload my new IP. Yputi Posted October 29, 2022 Report Share Posted October 29, 2022 Here a few things to try: - Try logging in through the panel to see if that gets you any different result: https://panel.eclipse-rp.net - Check if you received any emails in the past on your email account from ECRP. You can use the search term "Eclipse" for example. That way, you could confirm that you are looking at the right email address. Let me know how that goes. Did you double check if the preview of the email actually matches the email of the inbox you are checking? This process is automated and in some very rare cases I've seen people eventually get this code after leaving this page open for a good amount of time. If the previous given solution didn't solve your problem, I would recommend attempting to enable 2FA through the panel. You do this by going to the panel (https://panel.eclipse-rp.net) logging in, clicking your user name on the top right once logged in, selecting "My settings" and you should be able to enable Google Authenticator from there. Follow the instructions you get from there very carefully! This way, you will be able to use the Google Authenticator app. You should then be able to log in in-game by using the code generated in this app rather than using a confirmation email.
