Spawned Vehicles with items inside to steal

Would be a good idea especially with the pawn shop now being able to sell these items you find. Especially if youre not able to chop cars, you will still be able to make something from the npc cars.

+1 Love the idea, adds more rewards and opportunities for new arrivals. Car speakers, GPS, stuff like that would be very common to have.

I think this suggestion is more feasible now with the addition to house robberies spawning items inside of them that are sellable to the pawn shop.
