Adding Any ATMs to the Southside of Los Santos.

I have recently noticed that there is pretty much 0 ATMs anywhere south of JB/Ghetto Gas besides the DMV which is insanely far and out of way for everyone. I think the server could really benefit from putting some ATMs throughout the Southside of the city for RP purposes.

This map shows just how lacking ATMs are anywhere South of Innocence/Capital Blvd.  

Where would the ATMs be placed? Well any corner store or building that would realistically have a ATM at it. this would be great for the whole server especially since a lot of roleplay takes place on the South side of the city and the hood is very occupied by many factions.

There is a good reason why there are no ATMs in an area with a high crime rate. I'd keep it that way.
