Implementing a blackjack script

I feel as if there should be a way to play blackjack whether it’d be at the casino or at one of the bars. I think adding a casino would bring more RP especially if a casino is added, as more people would most likely be there, as theres really nowhere people can hang out as the piers basically dead now.
