[LSPD] /viewimpound should show how much it costs to release a vehicle from the impound

so when (/viewimpound id) it doesn't actually show how much is the vehicle impounded for which is in my opinion a crucial information to know as a civilian trying to release his vehicle.

This is quite annoying I agree. No reason LEO's, and even the vehicle owner, shouldn't be able to see info on the vehicle such as how much it will cost to release.
