Hard working, clean 33yr old looking for a cheap place to rent (preferably close to the city). 1 Garage, 1 Bed, 1 Key is perfect. Do not want to share. Landlord agrees to stay away (privacy required though nothing illegal happening here). Holding steady daily income at Los Santos Depository. Willing to spend five to eight thousand per week, and willing to offer an up-front refundable deposit bond of ten thousand providing both parties terms are agreed. (Eg: Must give 1 weeks notice of intentions to move, then the $10k is returned once the last rent payment is received.
