When two people meet, both have to give their numbers, but in real life one person take number and give miss call or send a message to another person and from there people save numbers. We cannot save unknown calls also, for that you have to memorize the number first and then go to contacts and save it. Since this is a long process many people don't do it, and other person has to say/type their number.
