Cannot connect to the phone (Display when phone is off)

So long story short, currently when you call someone whos phone is off ring never stops and you have to guess if his phone is off or he is ignoring you which creates a little confusion, SO I think it should be more realistic and there should be a text informing you that phone you are calling is out of service at this moment or something just a small but realistic suggestion.

I think this would be good if it had the same message as calling an offline player, it says they are unavailable. They could either be on a call, phone off, or offline.
