[Pushing Script] Can't Push Vehicles Sometimes

Issue/bug you are reporting: When you attempt to push a car, it will put you in the animation but not let you push it.

Expected behavior:  Player should be able to push at all times.

Steps to replicate:

• Try pushing a vehicle and it won't let you (might have to try a couple of times)

Vehicle license plate number*: It happens on ALL vehicles.

I've had this before, sometimes pushing the opposite way allows you to change direction.

Spamming at the exact same time W and D allows you to workaround the bug, not ideally.

It could be because you're playing the SNES version lol
