Order canceling cancels the top one not the requested one.

Issue/bug you are reporting: When hitting cancel with a trucking order it removes the top order (the lowest number of your order)

Expected behavior:  Removes the one that you hit cancel on.

Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Make a couple of orders. then try to cancel the last one. It will remove the top one. 

This is most likely just an indexing error. It should be a pretty easy fix.

If an order has been picked up already by the truckers then it is no longer eligible to be cancelled.
